How it works:

• Guaranteed Priority Diagnostics:
  Within two hours of arrival at the dealer, specially trained Express Diagnostics technicians evaluate the vehicle and determine the repairs required*.
• Parts Support:

  Parts requirements are included in the Express Diagnostics evaluation. If parts need to be ordered, they are expedited to arrive as quickly as possible.

• Communication:

  Receive the diagnostics results and repair time estimate within the two-hour window. Repair status updates keep you informed of progress.
